Services every Sunday at 10:00am

First things first!

Welcome to Cascade CRC!  We are so glad you are here.

First of all, no one here is perfect and that’s a good thing…because neither are you! We are a community of broken sinners, saved by God’s grace through Jesus Christ, and want to share that grace with others. Although we aren't perfect, we are committed to becoming more like Jesus all the time. So whoever you are, you will fit right in. We are a church who loves God, our community, and others, and we want to invite you to come and join us as we journey together.

Second, our service begins at 10AM each Sunday morning. Come on in, find a seat and make yourself at home. We welcome you to come and join us for worship, and be refreshed and renewed. Stick around and enjoy refreshments and good company afterwards. Come get to know us - we look forward to getting to know you!

Third, we collectively seek to follow Him more closely each and every day in our daily lives, our work, and our relationships. We learn and grow together in our small groups, adult Sunday school, and the various ministries here at our church. We seek to be an authentic community of faith where we admit our faults, give grace to one another, and worship God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength, and extending the grace and the love God promises to us, to others.

On behalf of all of us here at Cascade CRC, welcome!

What does "Reformed" mean? Cascade is a church out of the Reformed tradition, and a member church of the Christian Reformed Church of North America (CRCNA). The Reformed tradition accents the sovereignty of God, the Lordship of Jesus Christ, the authority of Scripture, the need for spiritual discipline and holiness, and the Kingdom of God. Reformed teachings are held by many other denominations as well.  Please see our "Who We Are:  Our Beliefs" page for more in-depth information about what it means to be "Reformed."

What's the worship like?  We like to think of our worship as "traditionally modern."  We have a blend of traditional hymns and modern contemporary music.  We mix music throughout the service and sometimes incorporate congregational readings, so if you're comfortable - join in!

What should I wear?  We are laid back, so come as you are!  Some of us enjoy dressing up, while others like to wear whatever is clean!

What about my kids?  They can come, too!  We have a nursery and childcare rooms available as needed and we always have warm, friendly, background-checked childcare volunteers on-hand.

What if I get hungry?  Great!  We serve refreshments and coffee afterwards!  This is a time to share stories, encourage each other, and build relationships.

What if I don't know anybody?  Hey, we were all the new person somewhere at one time! Stop someone you see and say "hi" and let them know you are new. We would love to introduce you to others and get you connected.
